Blessing Uttomi

Blessing is an Associate in our firm and a member of the General Practice group. She has distinguished herself in Corporate/Commercial practice, Dispute Resolution, Telecommunication Law, Probate Management and Property Law Practice.

Her practice with the corporate/commercial team of our firm has enhanced her skills in areas of contract drafting and review ranging from maritime agreements, service level agreements, master service agreements telecommunication agreements, concession agreements inter-alia; she also engages in pre and post incorporation filings at the Corporate Affairs Commission.

As a member of the Dispute Resolution team of our firm, Blessing represents our clients in Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation processes in areas of law such as Law of Banking, Intellectual Property Law, Property Law, Family Law, Labour and Employment. She is proficient in drafting legal processes and committed to delivering comprehensive legal solutions to complex legal issues.
