Emeka Okafor

Mr. Okafor is a partner in our Firm. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) with honors from the University of Benin (1987) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988. Mr Okafor is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

Okafor has been in active legal practice for over 30 years rendering legal advice as part of a team or as lead adviser. He is a Partner in the Firm and heads our Corporate Commercial Practice group. A highly regarded and much sought-after Practitioner, his practice focuses on providing general legal advice to top corporate outfits and traditional companies on all aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
He has rendered advisory work on general regulatory and governmental issues and matters relating to clients and has been involved in investment financing and negotiations, share/Assets disposal, joint ventures, real estate development and all forms of collaboration agreements.

On the 5th day of October 2023, Mr. Okafor was formally inaugurated as a Notary Public by the Hon. Chief Judge of Lagos State on behalf of the Hon. Chief Justice of the Federation.
