Because we believe that we should be able to defend legal advice given by us, we take a special interest in litigation. This is a practical test of the validity of advice rendered. Our presence in three major Nigerian Cities means that we can be local in those jurisdictions.
We handle all aspects of civil and criminal litigation before the various strata of Courts. Our Partners and Associates appear regularly before the various State High Courts, the various divisions of the Federal High Court, the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
We also appear before special tribunals such as the Tax Appeal Tribunal and the Industrial Arbitration Panel. We also handle Arbitration matters and act as Arbitrators when so required. We have amongst our lawyers certified mediators and as such encourage mediation and provide support through the mediation process. We have appeared, on behalf of our Clients, before the Senate and House Committees of the National Assembly and appear on a regular basis before the National Industrial Court.
