Makua is an Associate and the Team Lead of JurisLaw Associates’ Abuja Office. She is an integral member of both the Dispute Resolution and Corporate–Commercial teams, where she represents individuals and corporate clients in complex civil and commercial litigation as well as regulatory matters.

She routinely advises companies on general commercial regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters in Nigeria. Her work includes guiding clients on the structure and implementation of governance policies, regulatory engagement, and adherence to sector-specific standards applicable to communications and fintech companies.
