We have been involved in loan contract negotiations including advisory on specific and general offer terms & conditions, structuring of different types of facilities & loan products, syndicated and big ticket secured credit transactions, and conduct reviews of the status and adequacy of collateral items offered for loans.
On the regulatory side, we have assisted in operational licensing applications, restructuring of the entity as a result of mergers or acquisitions and advise on legal compliance. We equally are active in banking litigation for the purpose of enforcing contractual agreements with an aim to speedily and efficiently recovering delinquent obligations.
