We have represented clients before Local Government and State tax tribunals, the tax appeal tribunals and the State High courts across Nigeria in respect of disputes arising from Local and State government rates, levies, charges and taxes.
We have also appeared before the tax appeal tribunals set up to deal with tax claims arising from Federal Inland Revenue Service-related tax disputes such as Companies income tax and VAT.
